Order classification

Note: You are entitled to a free repair within the 2-year warranty period if this does not violate the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

IMPORTANT: Do not send in consumables and accessories (e.g. feet, remote control, operating instructions) together with the device if the device is intended for a warranty claim (repair)! We do not cover any liability in case of loss!

Note: Out of Warranty! If your device is not covered by the 2-year warranty, only repair at a charge can be offered. Please ask for a free quote in advance, please contact our service department.

Remark: Exclusively for commercial customers! We reserve the right to check devices for a DOA claim, to reject them if necessary and to exchange them for new goods after justified release! If the 14-day period is exceeded, the trading partner has no claim to a credit note. Incomplete returns regarding the product, consumables and accessories can be refused or the missing items can be invoiced. If DOA goods are not provided in the original packaging, the claim to a credit note for the goods can only be made after prior consultation.

Note: As proof of transport damage, the following additional documents must be provided as upload: Photos to prove the damage (side views of the packaging, plus apparent damage to the goods(s)), if necessary, affidavit. We reserve the right to exchange transport damages with new goods!
